This ensures the delivery and quality of our services are constantly monitored , reviewed and improved which gives our customers the confidence they need and the service which they deserve.

Northwest security will provide and maintain its service to the highest level and we make the following commitments to our customers:

Staff will always have their responsibilities and duties clearly identified and communicated to them.

All our staff are appropriately trained to enable them to undertake their tasks. We also give them suitable instructions so that they can have appropriate authority given to them within the scope of their responsibilities. We provide all staff with sufficient resources to facilitate the work.

We apply our quality plans to the managements of any of our projects.

We maintain , control and archive all appropriate documentation for our projects

We have periodic audits and reviews of staff to ensure that our high standards for providing quality security solutions are met.
